However, you don't have to be Keto to love these tasty, savory, delightful soups. This is a welcome addition to any great cookbook collection.

Wow, the cooking instructios are elementary, but he does cut to taste. His bitter melon recipes toughed a taste point in my memories that hasn't been satisfied for a long time - I have purchased bitter melon seeds and plan on some interesting experiments this coming summer, Chinese wokked ones as well. For you without access, Galangal, tumeric, and ginger m ay be grown down to high zone if they are not available. His way of making coconut milk is different than i have done many times. Mine: finely grate and press fresh coconut flesh and press. Allow to sit in a bowl and the cream will rise to the top. . No preparration should intimade anyone here, if they can find the ingrediants. If you like Thai cooking and its preparation intimidates you, here is a place to break through.

Thank you Craig Fear for this contribution to the world! I have been battling health issues on many fronts for a long time. I've made tons of bone broth but just got bored and exhausted by it. You have literally given me new hope in my quest for health because these recipes are fun, adventurous, exciting and they taste so, so good! I've been trying to get my husband off gluten for a long time and now with congee for breakfast rather than cereal I think he'll be much happier. I can't thank you enough for this giant leap forward for healthy cooking and the freedom and creativity involved helps the heart, too. I love this cookbook. It's almost more like a self-help book on steroids.

I just bought this book and can't wait to try it. The hard part will be to find some of the ingredients like fresh lemon grass and galangal but finding these things organic will be easier on Amazon.
